For the nature lovers South Jutland has a lot to offer. To the east you get to enjoy lovely walks in green forests or bike along the fields and fjords all the way out to Little Belt, while it to the west is the Wadden Sea that characterises the nature with the flat marshland and characteristic tide. Glad Zoo is a small charming zoo, which also acts as a research and communication centre so that you can be sure to obtain a lot of new knowledge. Longer north you find Givskud Zoo, where you get to go on safari and get close to the animals. South Jutland is also filled with history and culture, which you for example can experience by visiting Dybbøl Mill or the castle Koldinghus.
